Staff was very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Clean rooms with relatively simple yet well maintained. Location is good if you want to be near the city centre of Dungarvan, walking distance of everything there.
Food is ok but certainly not a gourmet place, although average of what you can expect in Ireland outside of Dublin I guess.

The staff were very nice and helpful and very friendly.
I didn't feel that the room rate reflected the quality of the room. It was fine, but there were some minor defects E.G. a dent in the wall, that should have been fixed.

Friendliness. Convenient location on N25. Half way Cork and Waterford. Harbour view. Redecoration underway. Excellent value food.
Entrance / Corridor approach to Leisure Centre / Swimming Pool is a little shabby with broken external door, that has been that way for at least 6 months. As a result the corridor to and from the main hotel / reception was very cold

Location near to the Park Dungarvan. Also, to the town's museum. Magnificent and fab location and amazing breakfast with which is very rare now. Great service throughout stay. Bistro bar and very clean pool.
Not so great area.

I appreciated how everything was within a short walk, like the lovely park scenery and the fascinating Dungarvan Castle, made my city strolls so enjoyable. Plus, the friendly staff and great breakfast added to the charm.

Quite comfortable, staff very friendly, homely atmosphere.
The bar menu was the same each night and the restaurant menu was really just a glorified version.

Kids loved the playground and pool area. Our breakfast orders were mixed up, which caused some delays.

Very disappointed. Some staff rude at times. Put in a room with a fold out bed from the wall but were moved when we complained. Had a small baby with us and the dust under the 1st bed was very bad. Room drafty the first night. A sitting room area on the way to the rooms had a terrible smell, was very dusty and was very unpleasant. Bar menu was poor and restaurant menu was not a carvery but carvery standard if even.

Had a fantastic overnight stay with my daughter, enjoying the very nice pool. We loved the sauna and the beautiful garden area, perfect after a long day. While the room was a bit noisy at times, it didn't take away from our overall fun experience, and I definitely recommend checking out their family-friendly amenities 😊
